Kallidinogenase is an enzyme isolated from the pancreas and urine of mammals. It converts kininogen into the kinin, kallidin. Kallidinogenase has been used in male infertility since the kallikrein-kinin system has a physiological role in the male genital tract. It also has vasodilating properties and has been used in the treatment of peripheral vascular disease.
