💊 Profile

Diphemanil metilsulfate is a quaternary ammonium antimuscarinic with peripheral effects similar to those of atropine. It is used topically as a 2% cream or powder to treat hyperhidrosis. Diphemanil metilsulfate, given orally, has been used for the treatment of symptomatic bradycardia in infants.
