Chromocarb diethylamine is used to reduce capillary haemorrhage (including conjunctival haemorrhage) associated with various disorders, and for venous insufficiency. It is given by mouth in doses of 0.6 to 1.2 g daily in divided doses. It is also used as eye drops; 1 or 2 drops of a 10% solution have been instilled up to 6 times daily.
