💊 Profile

Terguride, an ergot derivative, is a partial dopamine agonist with general properties similar to those of bromocriptine. It is used in the treatment of disorders related to hyperprolactinaemia in a usual oral dose of 500 micrograms twice daily. It is also being investigated in the management of parkinsonism.
